What you can do is modify the files (VID andPID) necessary to make the driver work with your device then turn off driver signing enforcement this will allow you to install the driver to make sure it works as it should before you go down the route of getting it signed. When you have done all of that run the driver installation again, connect your device DIRECTLY to your PC not via a hub and go from there, I hope that fixes it for you. If that does not sort it out then you may need to start looking in the registry to sort that out as well. I would suggest running the installation program to remove the TUSB3410 driver then after that has finished try manually searching for the files that relate to it such as the umpusbvista.sys file, from memory there is one other .sys file that installs, (if I can find out what it's name is I will post it here for you) so you need to check to make sure that one has gone too if not then delete it yourself, I have had customers with this problem before on other kit and this was the fix for it.įor some reason the uninstall program did not get rid of all of the files that relate to TUSB3410, who knows why it does not work but it didn't so sometimes you just need to do it yourself.
